Hand over a review card with the bill

The best moment to ask for a review is when a guest leaves happy. Give a QR with the bill that opens the page with your Google reviews.

In short
  • Ask for the review with the bill, while the guest is still at the table.
  • Have the QR open the page on your site with your Google reviews.
  • One sentence on the card is enough.

Why it matters

A happy guest doesn't think about writing a review on the way out, and a week later they don't think about it at all. A small card that comes with the bill puts the request at the right moment.

Before you start

Connect your business on your site's Google business screen and add the Google reviews section to a page. The section shows your rating, your reviews and a Write a review link to Google.
