Do WhatsApp messages land here too?

No. The inbox is for form messages and appointment requests from your site. If a visitor left a mobile number, you can open your reply in WhatsApp with one tap and send it there.

Will I get spam?

Forms have a Cloudflare check, a hidden trap field and a rate limit. Your customers never have to solve a puzzle.

Can a teammate reply too?

Yes. Anyone with permission sees the inbox and replies. Once someone reads a message, it's marked read for everyone.
