Many QR tools put their own short link inside the code: it goes to their server first, then to your page. Bunnyrain QR codes don't; the code holds your site's address itself.
A printed code should be yours
A code printed on a table, a window or a business card stays there for years. A short-link code works only as long as the service behind the link does; if the subscription ends or the service shuts down, every printed code stops working. A code that carries the address works as long as your domain does.
The trade-off
If you change a page's address later, old prints can't find that page. The panel's QR code screen tells you: it warns when the address a code opens no longer exists on your site. Think about your printed codes before changing an address.
If you connect a domain later
When you connect your own domain later, the QR in the panel shows the new address. Codes printed earlier go to your bunnyrain.app address and are redirected to the new one automatically.
